1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for, accessing or using TypeFellow you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using TypeFellow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account and those of the users you invite. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for configuring roles and permissions appropriately for your team.

3. Subscriptions & billing

TypeFellow is offered on a subscription basis. Unless stated otherwise:

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required.
• Fees are billed in advance for the plan and cycle you select, and are stated exclusive of any applicable 5% VAT.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current cycle.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use TypeFellow lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for ensuring the WhatsApp, SMS and email communications you send through TypeFellow comply with applicable rules and have the necessary consent.

5. Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the customer, document and financial records you enter into TypeFellow. You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide the service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export your records at any time.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep TypeFellow available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. TypeFellow is a tool to support your operations and does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the platform or other users. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
