Why we built it
Centre owners were running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper files — missing expiries, chasing payments, and re-typing the same invoice three times. We thought there should be one connected system that understands how a typing centre actually works.
So we built TypeFellow around the real workflow: government fees and service charges on every line, document expiry tracking, and automated reminders over the channels customers already use.
